Terms and Conditions for The Nest Daylight Studios

Welcome to The Nest Daylight Studios! By booking our studio for your photography, content creation, or event needs, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Use

1.1. The studio is available for use only during the times specified in your booking. Early access or extended use must be approved in advance and may incur additional charges.
1.2. The studio space, furniture, and equipment must be used with care. Any damages caused during the booking due to negligence, carelessness, or intentional behavior will be the responsibility of the client. Repair or replacement costs will be billed accordingly.
1.3. The studio must be left in the condition it was found. A cleaning fee may be applied if excessive mess is left behind.

2. Booking and Payments

2.1. Bookings are confirmed only after full payment has been received and after confirmation of the host. You can only book 24 hours before your booking to give the host notice. To be sure of your booking please contact us first.
2.2. All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise specified.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

3.1. Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the booked time are eligible for a full refund.
3.2. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the booked time are non-refundable.
3.3. Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours before the booked time. The new date must be agreed upon within three months of the original booking.
3.4. If you wish to transfer your booking to another party, please inform us in writing at least 24 hours before the reserved time.

4. Damages and Liability

4.1. Clients are liable for any damage to studio property, furniture, or equipment caused during their booking.
4.2. The Nest Daylight Studios is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the booking.
4.3. Clients must report any existing damage or issues upon arrival. Failure to do so may result in charges for unreported damages.

5. Studio Rules

5.1. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the studio.
5.2. Pets are not allowed unless explicitly approved in advance.
5.3. Loud music or disruptive behavior is not permitted. Please respect the space and neighboring properties.
5.4. The studio is not responsible for any third-party services booked by the client, such as photographers, videographers, or caterers.

6. Event-Specific Terms

6.1. For event bookings, all setup and teardown must be completed within the reserved time slot. Additional charges may apply if the booking exceeds the agreed-upon time.
6.2. The client is responsible for ensuring all guests comply with these terms and conditions.
6.3. Alcohol consumption is permitted only with prior approval and must comply with local laws.

7. Additional Charges

7.1. Extended bookings are subject to availability and will be charged at €50 per half hour.
7.2. Parking includes one free parking

8. Cancellation by The Nest

8.1. The Nest Daylight Studios reserves the right to cancel bookings in the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., emergencies, maintenance issues). In such cases, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By booking The Nest Daylight Studios, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
